Request for Proposal (RFQ): Professional Engineering Services

The Spokane Conservation District (SCD) is soliciting proposals from engineering firms qualified in developing designs for fish passage and streamflow restoration projects, as identified by an ongoing sub-basin inventory process in the Marshall Creek Sub-basin, a tributary to Hangman Creek, near Spokane Washington.
The SCD is seeking professional engineering services for design and development of construction ready drawings for identified and prioritized projects. Services will include comprehensive site surveys to be used in design development, preliminary design review meetings with interested landowners/operators, and final project designs suitable for inclusion with necessary permit applications.
The Request For Qualifications (RFQ) Solicitation Document, containing detailed information about the project and proposal submission requirements, can be downloaded from the SCD website at: www.spokanecd.org, or interested parties can request a copy of the RFQ Solicitation by contacting the RFQ Coordinator, Walt Edelen walt-edelen@SpokaneCD.org.
Submissions are due to the SCD RFQ Coordinator, Walt Edelen no later than 4:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time on March 28th, 2024. RFQs must be submitted electronically as an attachment via e-mail to Walt Edelen (walt-edelen@SpokaneCD.org)
Only E-mailed RFQs will be accepted.
