ISSUE: The instream flow of Marshall Creek has been significantly impacted over the last 6-7 years. Many beneficial uses including fisheries, instream biota, riparian habitat, wildlife, and water rights have been affected.

PURPOSE: The objective of this meeting is to present and discuss data, perspectives, and future opportunities to restore the flows to Marshall Creek in its entirety.
